What Does the following ECG Indicate? 

Hi, my dad s ECG report shows as 800Normal Sinus Rhythm 310High Voltage(left Ventricular) 611 T Abnormality(Flat T) ***Borderline Abnormal ECG*** could you please explain the above to me. In addition to above he is also going through the medication for lungs abscess.
